State Profiles
State profiles. State Profiles have data for all counties and Metropolitan Areas in a particular state. State Profiles contain historical data from 1970 and projections to 2040 of population by age and race, employment by industry, earnings of employees by industry, personal income by source, households by income bracket and retail sales by kind of business. The data and projections are for every county, and MSA in a particular state. The following State Profiles contain more than one state: AK/HI, AZ/NM, DE/PA, ID/OR/WA, MY/WY, ND/SD, New England, NV/UT, NY/NJ, and VA/MD/DC. There are 35 volumes in all. State Profile data tables, and pdf files of the printed books, are also available on CD-ROM. $295 per volume in print or on CD-ROM, $395 per volume in print with CD-ROM.
